SphereOptics는 자사 표준 및 타겟뿐만 아니라 고객이 제공한 샘플에 대해 측정 서비스를 제공합니다. 반사율 및 투과율 측정은 고성능 분광기인 Perkin Elmer Lambda 950 또는 Lambda 19를 사용하여 수행되며, 두 장비 모두 적분구를 장착하고 있습니다.
측정 설정
측정 기하 구조 (® PerkinElmer):
반사율 측정은 8° 기하 구조에서 이루어집니다.
샘플은 구의 포트에 8° 각도로 설치되며, 이로 인해 샘플의 거울 반사(specular reflection)가 구의 벽으로 이동합니다.
선택적으로, 구의 8° 위치에 광 트랩을 설치하여 **확산 반사(diffuse reflection)와 거울 반사(specular reflection)**를 포함한 총 반사량을 측정할 수도 있습니다.
측정 기준
측정값은 **PTB(Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt)**에서 인증된 표준을 기준으로 참조됩니다.
분광기의 파장 정확도는 **NIST(National Institute of Standards & Technology)**의 SRM-2036 표준을 사용하여 주기적으로 점검됩니다.

절대 정확도: 300 – 1750 nm 범위에서 < 0.45%

The LightSpion Extender® is an excellent tool for measuring light sources that exceed 8 cm in diameter.
LightSpion enables you to measure light sources that are up to 22cm in diameter and up to 5 kg in weight. Manual rotation of the lamp in 45-degree steps (up to 8 c-planes) allows measuring even asymmetrical light sources.
